Orbit E Techno School

Down here in Vettunimadam, life moves at its own pace. Orbit E Techno School is right on Ramavarmapuram road in Nagercoil. It is a solid building where we spend most of our waking hours. The staff here is mostly local people who grew up around these streets. We don't have a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just open the doors early in the morning and stay until the last bus leaves. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We spend a lot of time keeping the classrooms tidy and making sure the fans are working because it gets quite hot here. It’s just a regular part of the day, checking the registers and making sure the kids are where they are supposed to be. Some of us have been working here since the start. We know the neighbors and the shops nearby. It’s a practical place. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks at hand. If you walk down the main road in Ramavarmapuram, you will see us there. It is a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork, deal with the parents, and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss. That is basically what life is like for us at the school every day. It's not complicated, just a lot of work that needs doing.
