Essaar Tiles Industries

Essaar Tiles Industries is located inside the Ganesh Dal Mill Campus in Orai. It’s an interesting place to be because we share the area with the mill. You can often smell the grains or hear the sounds of the mill working while we are busy with our tiles. Orai is a place where everyone kind of knows each other. Being in the Ganesh Dal Mill Campus makes it easy for people to find us because the mill is a local landmark. We have our machines and stacks of tiles all over our section of the campus. It’s a dusty environment, between the tiles and the mill work, but we are used to it. We don't have a fancy front office. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure everything is moving right. We talk to the truck drivers and the folks coming in to pick up orders. It’s a lot of loading and unloading. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. We just rely on being here in the campus and doing our job every day. The work is steady and the days can be long, especially when it’s hot outside. Orai gets quite warm, so we take our breaks when we can. We are just a group of people making tiles in a mill yard. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons without any unnecessary complications.
