We’re tucked away at 111/160 in Harsh Nagar. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. The office is a bit of a mix of things. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a corner where we keep all the files that we haven't quite gotten around to digitizing yet. It’s just a handful of us working here every day. We usually start the morning by going through the emails and figuring out who needs what. There’s always someone calling about a detail we already talked about, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We aren’t a huge company with a lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone or typing away at a laptop. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on because we drink a lot of tea to stay focused. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating but it gives us a chance to actually talk to each other instead of just staring at screens. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to sound professional. We just do the work we’re supposed to do and try to keep our clients happy without making things too complicated. There’s a cat that hangs around the building entrance that we sometimes feed, and we've got a printer that jams every other day.
