Our shop is at number 22 on Latouche Road, which stays busy from the moment the sun comes up. If you know Gautam Buddh Marg, you know how it gets with the traffic and all the people moving around. Goyal Equipments has been sitting right here in the middle of it all for quite some time. We handle all sorts of tools and supplies that folks in the trade are looking for. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. There’s always someone coming in asking for a specific part or just browsing what we have on the shelves. We keep things pretty simple. The shelves are packed and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you need, but we usually have it buried somewhere. We don't really do the whole modern office thing. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of equipment. It’s a bit cramped when the deliveries arrive, but we make do with the space we have. Working on Latouche Road means you meet a lot of different characters every day. Some are regulars who have been coming here for years, and others are just passing through because they heard we had something in stock. We just open up in the morning, drink some tea, and start helping whoever walks through the door. It’s straightforward work and we like being part of this busy street.
