Arpan Fragerances Pvt. Ltd. is based in the City Centre building on The Mall. We are on the first floor in F-Hall. It’s a pretty central spot in Kanpur, so there’s always a lot of movement around the building. The Mall is a well-known stretch, and being in the City Centre means we’re right in the middle of the commercial hub. Our office isn't very big. It's mostly filled with glass bottles, small samples, and desks. Because we deal with fragrances, there’s usually a lingering scent of different oils and perfumes in the hallway. It’s not an overwhelming smell, just something you notice when you walk in. We have a small staff who handles the blending and the orders. It’s a bit of a mix between a workshop and a regular office. We don't have a fancy showroom; we mostly just work with the samples and send them out to where they need to go. The furniture is a bit older, and the files are stacked in cabinets along the wall. It’s a practical space where the focus is on the product rather than the decor. We get our mail delivered to the main desk downstairs and spend our days mostly coordinating with suppliers. It’s a straightforward business, and we’ve been in this hall for a while now, so we’re used to the rhythms of the building. It gets a bit noisy during peak hours.
