Pushkar Classes

Being located on G T Road in Kanpur means it is always noisy outside. We are at number 243, right near Gumti No 5. If you know this part of the city, you know how much traffic there is. Our space is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been running Pushkar Classes from this spot for a while now. Most of our students are from the nearby colonies, and they usually just walk or come on cycles. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but you still hear the horns honking. We have a few benches and a lot of books piled up in the corners. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, one of us is just sitting there at a wooden desk with a register. Kanpur gets really hot in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast. Sometimes the water cooler breaks, and we have to get it fixed quickly. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine of teaching and checking homework. We see a lot of faces come and go over the years. Some students stay for a long time, others just a few months. It is just a plain, honest place to study without any extra fuss.
