Bright Science Coaching

Down in Malviya Vihar, specifically at Shop No. 53 in Karrahi, things stay pretty active. We are located right in the Naubasta area of Kanpur. It’s a decent sized shop that we turned into a coaching space. The walls are covered with some old diagrams and charts that have been there for years. They are a bit faded now, but they still help the students visualize things. Science can be tough, so we try to break it down using simple words. Usually, the afternoon batches are the biggest. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the summer, so we keep the curtains drawn most of the time. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a room with enough chairs for everyone who shows up. We deal with physics, chemistry, and biology mostly. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the markers go dry right in the middle of a sentence, which is always a bit annoying. The neighbors are nice, mostly other small shops and families living nearby. You can hear the sounds of the local market while we are working. It feels like a real part of the community here. We don't do anything special, just go through the chapters and answer the questions that the kids bring from school. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it at this location for a good while and the routine suits us just fine.
