We are over in Darshan Purwa, specifically at 119/439 near Gumti No 5. If you know Kanpur, you know how busy Gumti can get. Our place is right near Shyam Bhawan Chauraha, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. We have a few rooms set up for the students. It’s nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the malls. We have whiteboards, wooden benches, and some old fans that hum when they are on high speed. The students come in shifts throughout the day. Some are early birds, and others come after their regular school hours. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once during the breaks. I spend a lot of time organizing the schedules and making sure there are enough markers and chalk. The building is tucked away a bit, so it stays relatively quiet once you are inside the classrooms. We’ve been here for a good while, and the locals know us by name. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it's just one of us sitting at the main desk near the entrance. We keep track of the attendance and the notes on simple registers. It's a lot of manual work, but it feels right for the way we do things here in Darshan Purwa. I've been at this for years and it's just part of the local fabric.
