Prashant Tiwari is based out of 127/318 U Block in Nirala Nagar, Kanpur. This is a busy part of Uttar Pradesh, and our office is right in the middle of it all. We don't have a polished corporate look. In fact, the place is a bit plain, with just enough room for our desks and all the papers we deal with. We aren't interested in looking fancy or pretending to be a big company. We’re just local people doing a job. Kanpur is a tough city where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that. We don't have a marketing department or spend money on ads. Word travels fast in Nirala Nagar, and that’s how most people find out about us. We’ve been at this address for quite a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We know the guy who sells tea down the street and the people in the shops next door. It’s a real community. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. If someone comes in with a question, we just give them a straight answer. It’s a very practical way to work. Sometimes it’s noisy outside and things can get a bit chaotic, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s just a regular, everyday business where we focus on getting the work done and being decent to our neighbors.
