House No 43 on N2 Road in Lal Bangla is where we are. It’s a familiar building for anyone living around this part of Kanpur. We are quite close to Guru Gobind Singh Chowk, which is always busy with cycles and rickshaws. The institute is basically a few rooms where we have set up some computers and desks. It’s not a corporate office, just a practical place for learning. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty because of all the people coming in and out from the street. We deal with management and tech stuff, but we explain it in a way that makes sense to local students. There’s a tea stall not far away where everyone goes during breaks. The rooms have plain walls and we try to keep the wires tucked away, though they sometimes get messy. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people find us okay. The rainy season makes the road outside a bit muddy, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors. We don't use big words or try to act like we're something we're not. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and get to work with whoever shows up. The neighborhood is lively, and you can always hear the sounds from the chowk. We've been at this address for some time now and most of the locals know where House No 43 is. It is just a simple place for regular study.
