Mohit Classes

I’ve been running Mohit Classes out of C-Block in Govind Nagar for many years. The address is 124/124, and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the C-Block area. Govind Nagar is a very busy part of Kanpur, so there is always a lot of movement outside our door. I started this in a small room and I’ve never really felt the need to move to a bigger, fancier place. We have everything we need right here. The benches are simple and the walls are covered with old charts. Most of the students who come here live just a few streets away. They walk over after their school finishes for the day. I’m usually the one who opens the shutters in the morning and turns off the lights at night. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though I have someone who helps with the cleaning. My desk is usually a mess of papers and pens. I try to stay organized but when you’re teaching all day, things just pile up. We don't do any big promotions. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. It’s a practical, local setup. The Kanpur heat can be tough in the summers, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s where the work gets done. If you need 124/124, just head into C-Block and look for our board.
