It is an industrial setting, so you will see a lot of other workshops and small factories nearby. Our space is dedicated to making beverages, which involves a lot of noise and movement. There are pipes running along the ceiling and the sound of bottles clinking together is something we hear all day. We do not have a polished office for meetings. If a visitor comes, we usually just pull up a plastic chair for them in the main work area. The air is often thick with the smell of the different drinks we are producing. We are a small team and most of us live right here in Govind Nagar. This makes the workplace feel more like a community than a cold office. We do not have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the machines and the production schedules.
