Conceptia Software Technologies. We’re located in Kanpur at 169/1 Lal Colony in the Juhi area. It’s a typical Uttar Pradesh neighborhood. The office is right there among the local houses and shops. We do software work, so there are always computers running and people typing away. It gets pretty hot in Kanpur during the summer, so the fans and AC are always on. 208014 is our pincode if anyone is looking us up. The building is just a regular spot in Lal Colony. We don’t have any flashy signs or anything. People around here know us as the software folks. We spend our days looking at code and trying to fix bugs or build new things. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy outside with the local traffic and the kids playing, but we don't mind. It feels like being part of the community. We aren't a giant company with thousands of people, just a local team doing our best with the tech we have. We’ve got our desks and our chairs and enough chai to keep us going through the afternoon. It’s just how we operate in this part of Kanpur. Nothing too complicated about it. We just come in, do the software tasks, and head home when the day is done. We’ve been here for several years now and the routine is pretty set for everyone. It works for us.
