Aggarwal Tea Co

Aggarwal Tea Co is located at Flat 500 in the 541 building on Satishchandra Road. We are quite close to the Ramdham Mandir, so we hear the bells and the morning prayers every day. It’s more of a residential setup than a big commercial warehouse, which makes things feel a bit more personal. We’ve got bags of tea stacked up in the corner of the room. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. My family helps out with the packing and the paperwork. We don't have a big staff or anything. Usually, it's just one or two of us handling the orders that come through. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except during festival times when the temple gets crowded. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time now. The building is older, but it's sturdy and keeps the tea dry, which is what matters. People in the flats nearby know what we do because you can usually smell the tea leaves in the hallway. We don't have a big neon sign outside. Most people just know us by word of mouth or they find the address and buzz the door. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We spend our evenings checking the inventory and getting ready for the next day's deliveries.
