Century Mills Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sreekandapuram, which is near Thaliparamba. We have been operating from this location for quite some time, and we have become a familiar part of the local landscape. Our mill is not a high-tech facility with glass walls; it is a practical workspace where we focus on producing textiles. We don't really use any big marketing words or try to impress people with fancy titles. Most of the people who work here are from the local area, so we have a very close-knit team. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the fabric comes out right. The weather in this part of the country can get very hot and humid, which makes the work in the mill quite sweaty, but we are all used to it by now. We don't have a big sales team going around making promises. We just talk to our customers in a normal way and let them see the fabric for themselves. It is a very honest way to run a business. We focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure our employees are doing okay. Sometimes the pace of life is a bit slower here than in the big industrial cities, and we actually prefer it that way.
