We are over here at Shop No 8 in the industrial area of Dharamshala. It's a busy little spot, especially being so close to the bus stand. You can usually hear the horns and the engines from where we sit. Most days we are just here keeping things moving. The industrial area isn't the prettiest part of town, but it’s practical for what we do. People drop by after getting off their bus, looking for a bit of help with their next move. We started this place a while back and haven't moved since. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic passing by, but that’s just how it is around here. Sometimes the weather gets cold and we have to keep the door shut, but mostly we’re open for whoever wanders in. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking things and figuring out routes for folks who aren't from around here. It’s a simple setup. Just a few chairs and a desk. Nothing fancy at all. We know the roads pretty well because we’ve lived in Dharamshala for a long time. If the rain starts, the street outside gets a bit muddy, but we still show up every morning. It’s just work for us. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a shop in a busy area trying to keep the lights on and help people get to where they need to go without too much fuss. We've been here long enough that even the local dogs know us.
