Our place is on Temple Road in McLeod Ganj. If you know the area, you know Temple Road is always full of life. There are monks, tourists, and locals all sharing the same narrow space. We are right in the middle of it. It can be a bit chaotic with all the shops and the people walking to the temple, but we like being where the action is. We spend our days helping folks with their holiday plans. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of repetitive questions, but we don't mind. We’ve been at this address for quite a while. The office is small and usually has a few bags or maps lying around. We don't go for that polished corporate look because it wouldn't fit in here. We speak plain English and tell it like it is. If you want to go somewhere and it’s a long, bumpy ride, we’ll make sure you know that. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. The weather on Temple Road changes fast—one minute it's sunny and the next it’s pouring rain. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs a bit of help with their travel. This has been our spot for years and we don't plan on going anywhere.
