We are located right at the Main Square in Mcleod Ganj, specifically on Tushita Road. It's a busy spot with lots of people coming and going. We’ve been operating out of this small office for a good number of years. Most of what we do involves arranging transport and helping visitors figure out their bus or train tickets. It’s often noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just how the center of town is. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the local routes and the bus timings better than most. If someone needs a car to go down to the plains or just a taxi to the monastery, we sort it out. Sometimes the internet goes out or the phones get fuzzy, but we manage. We don't do flashy ads. Most people just walk in because they see our board while getting coffee nearby. Mcleod Ganj has changed a lot, with more shops and more crowds, but we try to keep things straightforward. We tell you the price, we tell you the time, and we try to make sure the driver shows up when he says he will. It’s hard work during the peak season when everyone wants to travel at once. We like the work though. It keeps us busy and we get to hear stories from travelers heading all over India. It is a simple business run by people who know the local area.
