Our office is located in Chennai, over in the 600089 zip code area. It is a busy part of Tamil Nadu, as anyone who lives here can tell you. Being part of Lnt Eccd means we have plenty to keep us on our toes every single day. The city is always moving, and so are we. Our space is not anything out of the ordinary, just a functional workplace where the team gathers. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls, as is the nature of the job. Some days the traffic in Chennai makes getting to the office a real struggle, but we all manage to trickle in. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and some newer faces too. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some charts that help us keep track of things. We just try to stay honest in how we work and help each other out when things get complicated. It is a straightforward environment. We do not spend time on long meetings that go nowhere. We would rather just finish the task and head out to grab some tiffin. It is a practical way of doing things and it works for us in this part of town.
