Our place is at Number 48 on the Varatharajapuram Trunk Road. This is over in the Poonamallee area. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of heavy vehicles passing through all day and night. We are Fine Furniture Pvt Ltd, but we do not act like a big private limited company. It is more of a hands-on operation. We spend a lot of time in the back where the actual work gets done. The front part has some of our finished pieces so people can see them. We do not have a bunch of salespeople in suits. Usually, it is just one of us coming out from the back with a measuring tape. Poonamallee is a good spot because it is a gateway to the city. We have seen the road change a lot over the years. The traffic has definitely gotten worse recently. Our building is a simple one. We do not go for flashy decorations or bright signs. It is all about the furniture we make. We use traditional methods mostly. Nothing too high-tech. If a piece needs fixing, we just fix it. We do not talk about excellence or quality in a way that sounds like a TV commercial. We just do the work. Most of our customers are locals from around the Varatharajapuram area. They know where to find us. We just keep the doors open and do our daily tasks. That is what Fine Furniture is about.
