Amman Mahcine Tools

Our shop, Amman Mahcine Tools, is located at No 9 in Ambal Nagar, right on Jawaharlal Nehru Main Road. We are directly opposite the Malladi R&D building, which is a big landmark in Ekkaduthangal. We deal with machine tools of all sorts, from small hand-operated ones to bigger equipment for workshops. The location is quite busy since it’s on a main road, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people passing through. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The building is simple, mostly just a front room for showing the tools and a larger space in the back for storage. We spend a lot of time unboxing new stock and checking that everything is in working order. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving crates and organizing the shelves so we can actually find what people are looking for. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a place to buy tools. The staff is just a couple of us who have been around machinery our whole lives. We enjoy talking to the customers about their projects and what tools might work for them without all the sales talk. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay helpful. Ekkaduthangal has changed quite a bit since we first opened, but we are still here at No 9 doing the same work. We keep the inventory updated so that when someone comes in needing a specific cutter or drill, we usually have it ready.
