Uddipann Agro Producer Company Limited is situated right on the Lanka Nagaon Road. We are in Ward Number 7 of Lanka, not far from the Indian Oil petrol pump. It’s easy to find us if you are driving through. We chose this spot because it's convenient for the farmers who bring their produce from the surrounding fields. The office is a basic building where we spend our mornings and late afternoons. During the day, we are usually out seeing people or checking on the loads. We deal with all sorts of agricultural products that grow in this part of Nagaon. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise, but we don't mind. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone here just pitches in where they can. Sometimes the computer acts up and we go back to writing everything in our notebooks. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We’ve been working in Lanka for a long time. The goal is just to keep things moving so nothing goes to waste. We talk to the local farmers every day and try to help them with their logistics. It’s a lot of manual labor and honest talk. We don't have any big slogans. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. Usually, there is some tea waiting for whoever stops by to talk business.
