Antilla Foods Private Limited

Antilla Foods is tucked away in Flat 2F of the Punnya Prabha Apartments in Ulubari. It is not your typical big food factory setup; we are running things from a residential space in the city. This means our daily routine is a bit different than most. We are a small team, and our workspace is often filled with the smells of whatever we are testing or the sounds of people talking over the kitchen counter. We started this because we wanted to do something with food, and this apartment was the best place to get going. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big lobby. Most of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out the best way to package our products in the limited space we have. It can get a bit cramped when we have a big delivery coming in, but we make it work. We are just regular people trying to build something from the ground up. We do our own paperwork, our own cleaning, and our own deliveries when we have to. It is a lot of trial and error, but that is how you learn. We are right here in the heart of Ulubari, dealing with the city traffic and the daily bustle while we focus on getting our food items out to people. It’s a modest operation, but it is ours, and we are just taking it one day at a time.
