We are based at 39, Narengi Mother Teresa Road in Guwahati. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our door. We started this because there are so many people around Kamrup who still need help with their farming and land. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know a bit about agriculture. The office is often a bit of a mess with bags of seeds or samples of soil lying around. We don't mind it much. People stop by all the time, sometimes just to ask what they should plant for the next season. We don't have any scripted speeches or anything. We just tell them what we think based on what worked last year. Guwahati is a fast place, but we try to keep things a bit more grounded here. We spend a lot of time driving out to meet farmers on their own land. It’s better than sitting behind a desk all day. To be honest, some days are better than others. When the prices are low, everyone is in a bad mood. But we just keep showing up and doing the paperwork and the deliveries. We aren't looking to be the best in the world. We just want to be useful to the folks who come to us for help.
