Deshi Natural Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at the home of Ravi Shankar Singh. The location is the village and Tola of Katbanpur, which is in Dulahi, Chand. We are all about natural farming methods here. We don't use the heavy chemicals that have become so common these days. Instead, we stick to the older ways of doing things that are better for the soil. Katbanpur is a quiet village for the most part, and Ravi Shankar’s house is the center of our operations. We spend our days out in the fields or sitting on the porch talking about the crops. It is not a fast-paced environment. Nature doesn't move that fast, and neither do we. We are just a bunch of farmers in the Chand area who wanted to do things differently. You won't find any corporate jargon here. We talk about the rain, the pests, and the health of the plants. It is a simple life but a rewarding one. The Tola at Katbanpur is our home, and we take care of it as best as we can. Sometimes the yields aren't as high as the industrial farms, but we think the quality makes up for it. We are just trying to keep the tradition of natural farming alive in Dulahi and provide something good for the people who eat our food. It takes a lot of time and patience but we prefer it.
