Sri Venkateshwar Education Society

Sri Venkateshwar Education Society is based in Mannkhelli, which is near Humnabad in the Bidar district. This is a rural part of Karnataka, and things move at a slightly different pace out here compared to the big cities like Bangalore. The society has been around for some time, managing the educational needs of the local area from our office. Mannkhelli is a small place, so everyone knows where the society building is located. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork and the administration that comes with running schools and programs. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the community. The building is a basic structure that serves as our main hub. During the admission season, the place gets very crowded with parents and students coming in from nearby villages. We have a small team of people who handle everything from accounts to student records. The roads around Humnabad can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but people still make the trip to see us. We do not have any fancy corporate offices; it is just desks, chairs, and lots of files. Our goal is just to keep the educational services running for the people in this part of Bidar. It is hard work, and there are always challenges with infrastructure or resources, but we just take it one day at a time and keep the doors open.
