Ddu International School

If you head down Iargol Road in Yadgir, past the I Station area, you will run right into our school. It’s a busy part of town because of the trains, so there is always a lot of noise and dust in the air. The school itself is a straightforward place with a big front gate where everyone gathers in the morning. We don’t try to act like a fancy corporate institution even though we are an international school. It’s mostly just classrooms, desks, and a lot of books. The teachers are usually in the staff room early, having some tea and talking about the day's lessons before the kids arrive. It is a very hands-on environment without any polished marketing stuff on the walls. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the students are where they need to be. The noise from the station is something you just get used to after a week or two. Parents often stop by the office to have a quick word about their kids, and we usually just pull up a chair and talk to them like neighbors. There are no big formal procedures for that. We are just a local school doing what we can for the families here in Yadgir. It’s a simple setup and it suits the neighborhood just fine.
