If you are driving down Rajampet Road in Kadapa, you will see us right opposite the Tata Motors. That is where Sri Sai College Of It & Management is located. We are in the Buddyapalli area, postcode 516002. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and cars passing by. The college building is a familiar sight for anyone living in this part of Andhra Pradesh. Inside, it is just a normal office and classroom layout. We have computers for the IT side of things, but they aren't the newest models out there. They work fine for what we need. I spend my day sitting at the front desk, talking to students and sorting out the mail. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. We wear comfortable clothes and know each other by name. Sometimes we have tea together in the small break area when things slow down. The management part of the college keeps us busy with lots of scheduling. It can get a bit chaotic when exams are coming up, but we manage to get through it. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw the sign while heading to Tata Motors. It is a practical place. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the students have a place to sit and learn. It’s just a regular local college in Kadapa. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay.
