Bonal Higher Secondary School

Bonal Higher Secondary School is located at 49, Bangarangalla Vedhi in Pulivendula. We’ve been in this building for many years, and it has become a very familiar part of the neighborhood. It’s a simple structure, nothing like the modern glass buildings you see in the bigger cities. We have our classrooms, the staff room, and a small area for the kids to run around. Pulivendula is a place where people really know each other, so the school feels like an extension of the local community. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of people to do our advertising. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a long time doing the same thing day after day. Sometimes the rooms get a bit hot in the summer, and we have to open all the windows. It’s a very basic, honest way of running a school. We don't use any fancy educational jargon or mission statements. We just follow the curriculum and try to help the students learn their lessons. The walls are covered with student work and old charts. Most of the people who work here are from the local area themselves. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep things organized. It’s not always perfectly quiet or perfectly clean, but it’s a real place where real learning happens. We’re just a regular school on a regular street. That is all there is to it.
