Prathiba School

Prathiba School is situated in Parnapalli, which is part of the Pulivendula area. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main rush of the bigger towns. When you drive into Parnapalli, we are one of the main things you’ll see. The school isn't very large, but it’s enough for the kids who live nearby. We spend our days here following the usual routine. In the summers, it gets quite hot, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as possible with fans. The building itself is straightforward, with a few classrooms and a small office space. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find us because they live down the road or heard about us from a neighbor. The walk to school for most students is short. You might see some of the local goats or cows wandering near the entrance sometimes. It’s just that kind of rural place. We focus on the books and the blackboard. There’s a lot of chatter during lunch hour, and then it gets quiet again when classes start back up. We like the rhythm of it. It’s not a perfect place, and there’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a creaky door. But it works for us and the families in Pulivendula who rely on having a school close to home. We just do the work one day at a time without much fuss.
