Pooja International School

Down here in Chowdur, things move at their own pace. Pooja International School is just a part of the local landscape in Proddatur. We’ve got the 516361 pincode area covered, mostly serving the families who live right nearby. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We have the classrooms, some outdoor space for the kids, and the usual staff room where we drink tea and plan the next lessons. It’s not one of those huge, intimidating campuses you see in the big cities. We like it that way because we actually know the names of the kids and their parents. The building is solid, maybe needs a bit of paint here and there when the season changes, but it’s a good place for learning. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors in the morning, get the kids into their seats, and go through the curriculum. When the heat gets bad in the afternoon, we try to keep things cool enough for everyone to stay awake. Proddatur is a nice town, and being out in Chowdur gives us a bit more breathing room than being right in the middle of the market. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we sweep it out and keep going. It’s just a regular school run by people who live right here in the community. No frills, just daily work and teaching.
