Welcomhotel

Welcomhotel is situated at Khasra No. 53, which is right near the Vidhyashram International School. It’s a bit of a different environment compared to the industrial spots in the area. We focus on taking care of people who are traveling or visiting for work. The building itself is a big part of our daily lives. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are tidy and the common areas look decent. It’s not always easy keeping everything running smoothly, especially when we have a lot of guests checking in at the same time. We have a staff of local people who do everything from cleaning to kitchen work. We don't use a lot of scripted greetings; we just try to be helpful when someone asks for something. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit loud when the school nearby lets out, but it’s usually quite peaceful here. We don't have a lot of corporate slogans posted on the walls. We just want people to have a place to stay that isn't complicated. Maintenance is a never-ending job, from fixing a leaky tap to making sure the lights are working. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in the world, just a reliable one. You’ll usually see one of us walking around checking on things or helping a guest with their bags. It’s just how we run things at Khasra No. 53, day in and day out. We just keep things moving along.
