Our hotel is situated in the older part of Jodhpur city. We are specifically located inside Ashop Ki Pole, which is near the Juni Dhan Mandi. The name is Hotel Hillton Pvt Ltd, but we don't act like a big corporate chain. It is more of a local operation. The streets around here are quite narrow and can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. We have been in this building for several years now. It has that old-style Jodhpur architecture that you don't see in the newer parts of town. We provide rooms for travelers and people who have work at the Mandi. It is not a luxury place with all those modern bells and whistles. We focus on providing a basic place to sleep and a bit of quiet from the busy market outside. The blue city is right on our doorstep, so there is always something to look at. Our staff members are all local guys who know the shortcuts through the alleys. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because they are already in the area or someone told them about us. It can be a challenge managing a hotel in such a crowded part of the city, especially with the traffic. But we enjoy being part of the history here. We just try to keep the rooms clean and the guests satisfied.
