Pal Haveli Hotel

Our hotel is right near the Clock Tower, which is a pretty famous spot around here. Pal Haveli Hotel has been standing for a long time, and it’s got a lot of character, maybe a few creaky floors too, but that’s part of the charm. We aren't like those modern hotels that all look the same. Every room here is a bit different. We’re a small team, and we do most of the work ourselves. You’ll see us carrying luggage, helping in the kitchen, or just chatting with guests about what to see in the city. Being so close to the Clock Tower means it can get a bit noisy with the markets and the traffic, but it also means you’re right in the middle of everything. We don't have a big corporate office somewhere else; we live and work right here. We try to keep things simple and comfortable. It’s an old building, so there’s always something that needs a bit of paint or a quick repair. We don't use fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just want people to feel like they’re staying in a real home, not a box. It’s a bit imperfect, but we think that’s why people like it. We’re just here every day, trying to make sure our guests have a decent stay. The pigeons like to sit on the window sills and they can be quite loud in the mornings. You get used to the sounds of the city when you live this close to the center. It’s real history.
