We are based in Phalodi at Plot no.58 in Bapu Nagar. Phalodi is a place known for being very hot, and that affects how we run our hotel and resort. We have been at this location in Jodhpur district for some time now. Our daily work is mostly about keeping the place in good shape for anyone who stays with us. The desert environment means there is a lot of dust, so cleaning is a never-ending job. We are a small team of local workers. We do not have any corporate training or big fancy titles. We just know how to run a hotel. We spend our time checking on the rooms and making sure the kitchen has enough supplies. Bapu Nagar is a good neighborhood for us. It is close enough to the town center but not too noisy. We do not use any big slogans or promotional talk. We just offer a room and a place to rest. Sometimes we get travelers who are just passing through and other times we have people staying for a few days. We handle all the bookings and the money from our small office on the plot. It is a simple life and we are used to the heat and the pace of work here. We just try to be helpful and keep the business going one day at a time. It keeps us quite busy.
