Smart Polo School

Smart Polo School is situated at Plot No 8, Khasra No 47 in Tirupati Nagar. That’s out in the Nandri and Banar area of Jodhpur. If you’re driving out that way, you’ll see that the city is really growing. We’re in a spot that used to be quite empty but now has more houses and shops popping up all the time. The school building is pretty straightforward. We’ve got the classrooms set up to handle different ages, and there’s enough space for the kids to move around during the day. It isn't a fancy setup with lots of chrome and glass. We used regular bricks and mortar because it’s what works in the Jodhpur heat. The staff here are just regular people who enjoy teaching. We spend a lot of time on the basics, making sure the kids can read and write properly. You won’t find any big corporate slogans on our walls. We just have the usual charts and student drawings. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to open all the windows to get a breeze, but that’s just life here. Being near the Banar road means we get a fair bit of traffic noise, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in Rajasthan; we just want to provide a place for the families in Tirupati Nagar to send their kids. It's a plain, honest school for the neighborhood.
