Shree Jai Jinendra Gruh Udhyog

Shree Jai Jinendra Gruh Udhyog is tucked away in Sardar Market. We are in the Rawaton Ka Bass area, quite close to Kandoi Bazar. This part of the city is always bustling with people and carts. Our business is a home-grown one, which is what Gruh Udhyog means. We make things by hand mostly. The market has its own rhythm and we are part of it. Every morning we open the shutters and get the smells of the market inside. It is crowded and noisy but that is how we like it. We have been in this spot for years. People come to us because they know we are right there near the bazar. We don’t spend money on big ads. Our name is on a small board out front. Inside, it is all about the work. We prepare the items carefully and pack them up. It is a traditional way of doing things. The neighbors are other small traders and we all help each other out. Sometimes the rain makes the market lanes muddy, but business carries on. We have a few local ladies who help with the production. It’s a community thing. We are just a small part of the big market life here. We don’t want to be anywhere else. This is where our roots are and where we do our best work every day.
