Shree Guru Kripa

Our place, Shree Guru Kripa, is right at Gandhi Chouraha, very close to Salampura Road. It’s a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our time at the shop making sure everything is in order for whoever walks in. It’s a local spot and we see a lot of the same faces every day. The morning starts with sweeping the front and getting the lights on. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local business where we know most of our customers by their first names. Being near the chouraha means it gets quite loud with the horns and the people chatting, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things simple here. There are no big meetings or fancy presentations, just us working through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but people still find their way to us. We have a few chairs for people to sit if they need to wait. It’s a practical space and we try to keep it as organized as we can. We’ve been at this location for a while and it feels right to be part of this community. Every day is a bit different depending on who stops by or what needs doing. We just take it as it comes and do our job.
