Shanti Art

Up here in Basni 2nd Phase, it's mostly industrial stuff. We are at G-642 in the M.I.A. area. It’s not the kind of place people just wander into for a stroll. Usually, it’s trucks and workers moving around all day long. We have our setup here where we handle all the Shanti Art work. It gets pretty loud with the other units nearby, but you get used to the background hum after a few weeks. The space we have is decent, enough room for our tools and the pieces we are working on. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things slow down, but we push through it. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. Just a group of people working with our hands. Most of the folks around here know each other, or at least they know which truck belongs to which unit. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. Every morning starts with a quick cleanup of the workspace before the real work begins. It’s a bit gritty, sure, but that’s just how it is in this part of Basni. You can find us easily if you follow the main road through the phase. It’s a practical place for what we do. Not much for decoration, but it works for us. We just get on with things.
