We set up our workspace here because it is a convenient spot for the kind of work we handle. It is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the outside. Inside, we have our setup where we deal with the company’s daily operations. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a glass building. Most of our time is spent looking at lists, handling calls, and making sure the basic stuff gets finished. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here, so we just try to stay cool and keep working through the afternoon. People in the housing board know the area well, so it is easy enough to find us if you are around. We don’t really spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the actual tasks we have on our desks. It can be a bit slow some days, and then really fast the next. That’s just how it goes when you run a small business in a place like this. We handle our own filing and cleaning too. It’s a very hands-on way to run things, but it works for us and keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood feel here and wouldn't want to move.
