Vaishali Fabrics

Our place is No. 34-5c in the Heavy Industrial Area. Vaishali Fabrics has been operating out of this unit for quite a long time. Being in the industrial area means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of noise from the nearby factories. It’s not a place for visitors to come and relax. It’s a place for production. We have large machines and a lot of floor space dedicated to fabric processing. We don’t have a fancy office with leather chairs. My desk is right near the shop floor so I can see what’s going on. We deal with bulk orders mostly. The trucks come in and out of the gate all day long. It gets very hot inside during the afternoon but we just keep moving. We don't have time for polished presentations or mission statements. We just focus on the fabric and making sure the machines are running right. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If the power goes out, we wait. That’s just life at No. 34-5c. Vaishali Fabrics is a small cog in a big machine. We know our workers and their families. We take a break for tea when the shift changes. It’s hard work and it’s honest. People know where we are if they need us in the Heavy Industrial Area. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just make sure the fabrics are processed and shipped out to whoever needs them. It's a loud life but it's ours.
