Rankawat Events & Caterers

Our place is located in Ratanada, Jodhpur, very close to the Old Campus. We have been working out of this spot for quite a long time now. Rankawat Events & Caterers is a straightforward operation where we handle both the event planning and the food. Jodhpur is a city that really loves its traditional food, so the catering side of our business keeps us very busy most days. The kitchen is almost always the most active part of our building. We spend a lot of hours prepping fresh ingredients and making sure everything is ready to go. Being near the Old Campus means there are always people around, which gives our neighborhood a good feel. We do not have a polished corporate office. Our space is practical and mostly used for meeting people to talk about their menus or picking dates for an event. It is a lot of hard work, especially when we have several different events happening in the same week. The Jodhpur sun can be very hot, so we have to be careful with how we handle and transport the food. We just try to keep things simple. If someone needs a meal for a crowd and a tent set up, we just go and get it done. It is what we have always done. We do not worry about being fancy, just being reliable.
