Our base of operations is at 128, Kamla Nehru Nagar here in Jodhpur. Freelancemighty Events & Promotions started out pretty small, and to be fair, we haven't grown into some giant company yet. We like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. The office is tucked away in a residential-feeling street. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number 128. Inside, it’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. We have posters from old events pinned to the walls and a lot of dusty files that we really should organize one day. Kamla Nehru Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and figuring out logistics for promotions. It’s not glamorous work. A lot of it involves standing around in the sun or lugging equipment from one place to another. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We’re just a group of friends who decided to work together. Sometimes we argue about who left the lights on or who didn't buy more milk, but it’s all part of the daily grind. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get their events moving. It’s busy, it’s tiring, but it’s what we know how to do best.
