PARAMPARAGAT COTTON MILL PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over at 398, 4th C Road in Sardarpura. This is in Jodhpur, and it’s a pretty active part of town. Paramparagat Cotton Mill Private Limited is the name on our papers. The name itself suggests tradition, and we do try to keep things grounded in the way they have always been done, even as the world around us changes so fast. Sardarpura is a place where you can find almost anything, and being on 4th C Road means we are right in the middle of all the action. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have wooden desks and old-style cabinets for our files. It’s not a modern glass office, but it has a lot of character and history to it. We deal with cotton, which is a staple around here. There is always a lot of talk about market prices and crop quality in our building. We have people coming in and out all day, mostly locals we have known for many years. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep things running properly. The staff has been with us for a long time, so we are more like a family than just coworkers. We have our tea breaks together and complain about the heat in May. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of life for all of us. We just focus on the cotton and making sure our mill keeps spinning along as it should. There isn't much more to it than that.
