L R Handicraft

L R Handicraft is set up over by the 2nd Railway Crossing in Gungia Dhora. It’s on Khed Road in Balotara, near where Dharam Kanth Road is. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but most people who live around here know exactly where that is. We spend our time working on the stuff we make. It’s often noisy because of the trains passing by the crossing, but you stop noticing it after the first few weeks. We’ve got a lot of materials lying around because that’s just how we work. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It’s a workshop where things actually get done. Balotara is a busy place and being near the railway means there's always movement. We keep the doors open mostly to let the air in. L R Handicraft isn't some big famous brand. We’re just local folks who know how to make things with our hands. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we have to clean a lot. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are. If you head towards the Dharam Kanth Road area, you’ll find us easily enough. We stay pretty busy most of the year. The work is hard but it keeps us going and pays the bills.
