Down in the Sukher Industrial Area, you’ll find us in the Hava Magri section. It’s a busy part of Udaipur, full of factories and workshops of all kinds. Our place is loud and it gets quite warm during the summer months, but that’s the reality of industrial work. We have machines running most of the day, so there’s a constant hum in the background of everything we do. It’s a hands-on environment where everyone knows their way around the shop floor. We don’t spend much time in the office part unless we have to do the billing or order more materials. Most of the guys have been here for years and they know the equipment inside and out. It’s a bit of a dusty place, which is expected given where we are. We focus on getting the production numbers right and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. There isn't any corporate polish here; it's more about sweat and practical skills. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the city. It’s a community of workers who take pride in what they can build with their hands. It’s not always easy work, but it’s consistent and it keeps us all moving forward day after day.
