Hotel Lords Inn

We have been here at Plot No- 1 C in the High Court Colony area for a good while now. It’s right by the PWD Circle in Jodhpur, so things stay pretty busy around here. You can hear the traffic and see people heading toward the court all day long. It isn't a quiet place, but it's where the action is. Jodhpur is a hot city, especially in the summer months, and we try to keep things running despite the dust and the sun. Our building isn't anything fancy or new, just a solid place where we spend our days working. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets blocked by a protest or some construction, but that is just how it is in this part of town. The staff knows the regulars by name because many people come back when they have business at the High Court. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because the desert sand gets into everything. It's just a regular hotel run by regular people who live nearby. We don't have big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors in the morning, make sure there is water, and wait for whoever shows up. It’s a bit of a walk to the main markets, but being near the circle makes it easy to find a rickshaw. We’re just here doing our job in this corner of Jodhpur, near the road that heads out toward Pokran.
