Daulat Arts & Craft

Daulat Arts & Craft is based out of 17-A in the Heavy Industrial Area. As you can imagine from the name of the place, it’s a lot of big buildings and machinery around us. Our unit is a bit different because we focus on arts and crafts, which feels a bit more personal than the big factories next door. We have a decent amount of space here, which we need for all our materials and finished pieces. The area is quite noisy during the day with all the heavy traffic and industrial work going on. We don't mind it, though. It’s part of the atmosphere. We’ve set up our workshop to be as functional as possible. It’s not a place for tourists or casual shoppers; it’s where the work actually happens. There are benches covered in tools and shelves reaching up to the ceiling. Most of us have been working here for years. We’ve seen the industrial area change, but our routine at 17-A stays pretty much the same. We start early and stay until the job is done. There’s no fancy marketing or corporate talk here. We just show up, do the craft, and go home. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Sometimes we have a little chat over lunch, but mostly we’re focused on the tasks at hand. It's a solid place to work and we like being here.
