D. K. Arts is tucked away a bit. We are situated in Gayatri Nagar, right near Prem Sagar Bera. If you’re looking for us, we’re basically behind Parihar Nagar. It can be a little confusing for people who aren't from this part of town, but once you find the landmark, it’s easy enough. Our workshop is where we spend all our time. It’s a local neighborhood, so we know most of the people living nearby. There’s a lot of activity in the area during the day. We don't have a shiny storefront with big signs. It’s more of a functional space where we get our hands dirty. The floors are often covered in bits of material, and there’s always a project half-finished on the table. We take things as they come. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a big order to finish. We don't worry about looking polished. We care more about making sure the work is done right. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside, but we have our fans going. It’s a simple life here in Gayatri Nagar. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s where we belong and where we do our work. Just a small team in a familiar place, making sure things are finished before the day ends.
