Caremoli India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Agro Food Park in Boranada. It’s a dedicated area for food-related businesses, so we are surrounded by other companies doing similar types of work. Our facility is designed for the specific needs of our production, with plenty of space for the machinery and storage. Boranada is a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s a good spot for an industrial setup because there is more room to breathe. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure everything is running as it should. It’s a clean environment because of the nature of what we do, but it’s still an industrial workplace at heart. We have a small team of people who have been here for years and know the equipment inside and out. We don’t really do the whole corporate ladder thing; we just work together to get the day's tasks finished. The Agro Food Park has its own rhythm, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We’ve got a simple break room where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s a steady life here. We don’t feel the need to dress things up with marketing talk; we just focus on the food park operations and keep things moving. The weather is usually okay, but the wind can blow the desert sand around the park sometimes.
